Terms and Conditions for Sports Car Rentals

Welcome to our sports car rental service. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including our website and the rental of our vehicles. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

1. Rental Eligibility and Requirements

• Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 25 years of age to rent any sports car from our fleet.

• Valid Driver's License: A valid, unexpired driver's license from your country of residence is required. International drivers must also present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their original license.

• Insurance: Renters must provide proof of comprehensive automotive insurance that covers the rented vehicle for its full value, or purchase our supplementary insurance options.

• Credit Card: A major credit card in the renter's name is required for a security deposit and rental charges.

2. Reservations and Cancellations

• Booking: All rentals require a confirmed reservation made through our online platform or by contacting our service directly.

• Payment: Full payment for the rental period is required at the time of booking or upon vehicle pick-up, depending on the agreed terms.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental.

• No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full rental amount unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

• Authorized Drivers: Only individuals explicitly listed on the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle.

• Prohibited Uses: The rented vehicle shall not be used for racing, off-roading, illegal activities, or sub-leasing. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

• Fuel: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up. A refueling charge will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

• Maintenance: Renters are responsible for checking tire pressure, oil levels, and other basic maintenance during the rental period. Any warning lights should be reported immediately.

• Damages and Accidents: Renters are liable for all damages to the vehicle incurred during the rental period, regardless of fault. All accidents must be reported to our service and the local authorities immediately.

4. Pickup and Return

• Location: Vehicles can be picked up and returned at our designated locations in Vancouver, often conveniently located near main roads and luxury hotels.

• Timeliness: Vehicles must be returned by the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

• Inspection: A joint inspection of the vehicle will be performed at pick-up and return to document its condition.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall our service, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
